I think Sean would have been well aware, and plans significantly more advanced than us mere shareholders know, at the time he signed on.
The negative ramping here is surprising given launch is about to happen, but also understandable given the company's history.
Just remember if anything material happens (happened) they are duty bound by continuous disclosure laws to inform the market immediately.
Be very careful at this juncture in time with your shares.
