Credit drying up is'nt going to help anyone as the cost of borrowing will be higher, hence developments in the pipeline might be put on hold etc. The market will be volatile for some time to come. If you can pick the highs and lows you'll make money. If your patient and hold, good stocks that is, prices will come back. If you panic; well you know the rest
