Why on earth would you sell shares in a company at less than their cash backing?

That's what I have been thinking this past hour and a half. But I can honestly tell you I feel like getting out and into some company that is better run and the people running it care about their shareholders.

But I can't just yet as disappointing as it is, because as soon as I sell their will be good news and this share will go back up to what price I don't know, but something fishy is going on I think.
