CLQ raised $81M at a decent premium.
The absolute max ARL could raise would be less than $15M, which is unnecessary for the scoping study etc and a drop in the pond compared with what would be required to develop a processing plant.
Only use I can see for the cash at present would be accelerating Lewis Ponds or exploring other tenements (Mt Zephyr, Bardoc, Lachlan Fold Belt etc).
