I'll be taking most of my entitlement at this point...
1. as bytee notes there is no brokerage on taking up the entitlement
2. there are about 1 million shares in the buy queue at present for 29.0 and about the same in the 29.5 sell queue...doubt I will be getting any allocation at 29.0 unless someone does a big dump
3. the capital raising is guaranteed so COE will get the money regardless
4. bytee has way more shares than me...lol
