JKL takes on Quintis via Bannister Law, page-4

JKL (litigation funder) is backing Bannister Law (litigation firm) who have just launched a class action.

If either Piper Alderman or Slater and Gordon (litigation firms) want to launch an action (it was in the press a few months ago), they'll need to find their own litigation funders to back them. I mentioned Piper Alderman and Slater and Gordon instead of litigation funders, because I have no idea who their litigation funders would be if they go ahead. I think this case may be obvious enough that at least one more class action could be launched.

If hypothetically all three law firms end up launching a class action each, they won't all go ahead (waste of the court's time). One, at most two, would go ahead. In that case, who knows whether Bannister Law, Piper Alderman and/or Slater and Gordon would run the case.
