Property a good safe investment?
talk about being deluded
Have any of you looked at the news over the last few weeks???
It is the over priced heavily in debt US property market that has caused this problem.
The correction we are seeing in the stock market is nothing compared to the correction we will see in the property market
A market that fundamentally is way over valued, valuations that have been supported by easy access to debt. Access that is about to dry up as non bank lenders will have to pay more to access funds and banks will force up margins and tighten lending criteria due to less competition.
