As in your previous post where you suggested the payment of 689,655 shares @ 2.9c to consultants was directed to GSM re: post27217134

There is:
1) No indication in the 3B to whom the shares have been allocated to..... as it could be anyone of a plethora of consultants currently engaged by GPP

2) There are no requirements for GPP to pay GSM any cash payments in the "Heads of Agreement" document for Phase 2 "earn in"
