$105k is the price to exercise the 4.2m buy. (4.2m*.025)
Sure someone wanted to buy 4.2m but, wow, that's a big cheque to exercise them.
Anyway, it's all over. I am surprised that so many held rather than sell down. Let's hope those that didn't sell now exercise the rights and top up the kitty for THX.
I'll have a close look at the documentation on the weekend to work out my question:
If have sold ALL my rights, can I still apply for the shortfall?
I find it quite interesting that I sold my 500m rights, but might still get 500m from the shortfall.
