In another thread (https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/26945058/single) I posted my view that getting Geoff back into the CEO role would be a terrible idea, so I agree with your sentiments. I was was quite harsh in that post but I do think it was justified.
However what I didn't mention is that think Geoff SHOULD still be involved with ADO in some capacity (just definitely not as CEO). It would be a terrible waste to not utilise him as best we can. His knowledge and passion for ADO I never doubted.
