I think a change in sentiment is on it's way. I work in mining (coal) and I am now starting to notice a shift. We are struggling to get skilled labour, we where 50 Tradesman short on our last maintenance shutdown. Wages are increasing and old cars in the carpark are being replaced with new. People have knuckled down and the cash is burning a hole in their pocket and they have the confidence to spend.
