the earlier guy seemed more into franchises, whereas this new one seems more into establishments....
i kindof liked the idea of franchises... i think that their strange but funky brand has what it takes to get a following... like the way the weatherspoons pubs have in the UK.... (although that is more because it has cheaper beer than other pubs cos it doesn't play any music.... - so uni students hang out there, mixed in with da old men....) -if Mad Monk could do something similar, with decent beer...then it'll be on a winner.... but when i read that they are including a balcony in the first establishment, then you know that it'll be good....
does anyone know whether the location is fine ?? (am not in WA to check it out myself)....
