Sept 15 (Reuters) - Servcorp Ltd (SRV)
- ACCC is expected in near future to institute proceedings against SRV and its units alleging that clauses used in its serviced office agreements are void
- SRV is disappointed that ACCC has decided to commence legal proceedings against it
- SRV has been co-operating with ACCC and has attempted to engage in a constructive dialogue with accc to address their concerns
- SRV maintains that its serviced office agreements are negotiable contracts
