If you take 18 as the high and then consider the fall to 11.5 cents today then you have a 36% fall. Seems the market is overreacting with a 25% dilution with that calc. You also have to consider more notes being converted as well at a later date, so maybe not such an overreaction. Depends on who has the deepest pockets here and what their "fair value" is after the dust has settled!
