    To clarify, I get what you are saying. Any title transfer issue is unfounded speculation but it arises due to a lack of information. The fact that it is referenced in announcements as "Discussion re title transfer" means the agreement may not be as solid as you are specifying. What is to discuss if it has been agreed?

    It is a requirement for option exercise so I hope your optimism is correct. We will find out shortly.
