Maybe someone from one his past Directorships.....He was a Chairman of another O&G company with permits both here & in the US.....The six million dollar man is a clue as to its former name.
And yes speaking of Chairman ( my favourite topic these days, in my believe that all of CTP current woe's stem from this direction or rather lack of direction & control there off )....And yes, RC was chairman of this company....and yes I also believe that RC is not chairman material...In my considered opinion.
