I do get what you are saying. I think worst case scenario Norton get some involvement on some level. Ownership of the project was given to Raging Bull and I take the retention of the Title as some kind of insurance that the project gets developed on behalf of Norton.

Conditions precedent have been satisfied, it will clearly be court matter if the title is not handed over. Im no lawyer but I reckon it would be hard for Norton to win especially when the deal was struck prior to Norton being taken over. Common sense would suggest that as soon as news broke on the take over of Norton, Patrick would of been on the phone securing his position.
