My point being...which you clearly did not comprehend...is that PSV is dead and unless it can be resurected, it has no future.

It is not in a strong downwards trend, because this would suggest a gradually dying beast.

It is not...it is dead...it is an ex parrot...and we are all standing around looking down at it's cold mationless carcass looking for signs of life.

This has nothing to do with trends or anything even slightly related to technical influence.

It is a purely fundamental equation, the reflection of which is not being revealed in the current share trading activity.
