The Bible is very clear for instruction, warning of things coming and that you SHOULD know and be up to speed on them.
In other words, you won't be surprised and caught out unprepared. What people do or think of the likes of the thief in the night etc, makes one wonder. It's like Oh no,, that's referring to those other people?
If you mention the things coming, OH your just a scare monger and think your someone special.
Hence most Churches hardly ever cover the end time subject, because they want to keep the mind of man happy.

From my understanding, God's people are the first to be tried in the Great Tribulation. They must endure to the end, so do they know WHAT, HOW to endure?
It seems though, most confuse the Great Trib with the Wroth of God - They say, they are one in the same, it doesn't appear that way to me.

Wasn't my intention re-criticism of your wording either (which I expect you know), it was to get the other poster back to the facts and purpose/meaning of the first post.
I personally try and take in a persons whole message as against looking for holes for diversion sake's or for avoidance of addressing the overall key point or message being given.
