what is wrong with this thing

Does anyone know REALLY what`s going on with this lot.
When you finally get past the minders,to the directors,all you get are platitudes like "we`re as suprised as you are the sp keeps going down, we don`t know why it`s happening", and "Oh, don`t you think it was a good idea to sell the mine?,you`re the first person to complain"
I wonder how much will really be lost longterm on the mine sale?
Are they solvent? They say they are. The RSNGB interest is due soon.
