I have seen the permit application on the Alaskan Gov website (I think it was Brom who shared the link).
So I guess we have two options;
1. If all goes to plan with ICE2V then we will not have much trouble raising the cash with a placing. If not however I think it will be difficult if the SP crashes due to a non performing well.
2. A JV would work regardless of what happens to Ice2V.
I think we will shoot for the conventional and once proven also frack the HRZ, maybe changing the frack from what was learnt at 2V. If 2V a success then this will go towards proving up the acreage. Im sure that Dave will go for the option that is less dilutive for the shareholders, as he has always stated. A JV would share the cost and the risk, so maybe the best option, unless we see a massive rerate in the SP meaning we can easily afford to pay for it ourselves with a placing.
