This confirms my worries about costs having risen due to new staff in China and inventory building from new factory and a lag in new orders. I also wonder about how speedily we will get paid if invoicing is through our new partner. We are still in the dark on how this arrangement will work. Presumably first quarter cash flow will be pretty sick.
