I see the announcement as positive in regards to progress being made. Like others i dont think these steps will be rewarded by the market given the current sentiment about the company though. The hype is certainly wearing off and the market is looking for sales for move the SP higher. This is good news for anyone looking to invest as the company gets closer and closer to delivering meaningful sales.
Basically, the story is stronger today than it was last week, yet the price is the same. That is good news for attracting new shareholders to involve themselves.
