We need to be sensitive to these guys i know its easy to feel anomosity towards their negtivity,thousands of downramping comments.You see paraplanners role in the furute will be very limited due to automation, IAM in some ways threatens this sector,but everyone needs to adapt to change,you can only resist temporarily. We need to treat these people like our children,they need healing and to accept the changes.
