    The Vonex website has on it a revised timetable for potential listing on NSX. It's now November 7th. In addition there is a 'Supplementary' Prospectus which explains the reason for the delay. Basically the capital raising has not been a success so far ($242K against a minimum of $2 for the scheme to proceed). Overall, not good news.
