I was talking about potential sale price, you might not be aware of this but when a sale occurs companies usually sell their projects for a % of NPV, if they sold their entire project for NPV the company buying it would only break even on it.
What would be their incentive to buy it? How do they then make money? Take any business in the world does anyone buy stock at retail prices then try to sell it?
Look at KDR they sold half their project for $130Mill USD, they have 128Mt, I will agree that was too cheap, but you don't sell projects for NPV.
