Well looking at the mining it is alluvial Mn ore. This is where you get Mn ore in 50mm to 100mm strata at varying distances of up to 500mm spacing.
It is called artisan mining in West Timor.
That is shovel and pick.
Unsure where this is located in West Timor, but if is in the north east, it will require transport to Bolok for processing. Road not very good and will have to go through city centre as it appears they haven't finished the JI Lingkar Luar by-pass on southern side of Kupang City. Been working on it for about 4 years now.
