PTN was listed as a buy recommendation in the Sunday Times "Hot Stocks" August 19 2007. Despite the Sunday Times being a paper for the Commodore driving BBQ belt it's Business Section is not to bad. They import articles from reputable brokers.

Demographics underpin demand for retirement and aged care facilities and PTN is well placed to tap into this demand. PTN will pay quarterly distributions for the next 2 quarters before a likely return to 1/2 yearly distributions. The fragmented aged-care sector provides opportunities for PTN to consolidate."
