Why wouldn't it be over subscribed. Trading at $2.8 placed at $2.30 who wouldn't buy them!
Typical of Petra, an easy cap raising and an easy $1m for them.
The company could have got a much better price if they tried for the benefit of existing shareholder.
As for their pathetic desperate attempt to get the price up with a crap rehash announcement, it seems to me like manipulation by the company to get the price up while placing at a much lower level....could this be!
On the bright side, having a good understanding of broking houses and their brokers this would have been sold on the back of pending news. Hopefully, it will be soon!
