Background of Goldfarb

Mr. Arnon Goldfarb is a Partner at Israel Cleantech Ventures. He was previously a Venture Partner in Residence at the firm. Until 2011, Mr. Goldfarb served as the Chief Executive Officer at TMB Water.
Prior to establishing TMB Water in 2001, Mr. Goldfarb spent 17 years at Israel Chemicals Ltd., where he served as a Corporate Vice President for Business Development and the Chairman of the Research and Development, Fertilizers and Chemicals, and Ceramics units and served as a Director of Israel Chemicals Ltd.’s Israel Desalination Engineering subsidiary as well as its potash phosphate and bromine subsidiaries.

He worked in the oil and gas industry in Israel and in the U.S. as a Production and Facilities Engineer at Superior oil and Israel national oil co., and as a Production and Field Manager at Israel's Sadot natural gas field. He serves as the Chairman of Zohar Cosmetics. He serves on the Board of Directors of AqWise, Cellera, Nirosoft, Gadot Biochemical, and Gadot Terminals. He also serves on the Board of Gadot Biochemicals.

He served as a Director of IDE Technologies Ltd. He has significant entrepreneurial experience and interests in chemistry, materials and industrial processes. Mr. Goldfarb holds an M.Sc. in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Hebrew University.
