IMO this is nothing but a lifestyle company for the BOD. Monthly fee grab for nothing. Check the history of some of these guys. This one is going nowhere - very average presentation at Good Oil Conference, just rehashing same old same old (assets haven't changed but oil price has come down substantially). They are going to re-name it and possibly find some new assets. First thing is easy to do ...we'll see how step two goes (not holding my breath with these guys). Tax rebate in the pocket means these guys can just sit there and do nothing for the next 2 years.
