CNOOC is one of the biggest company's in the world,they would not be that big ,if they did not know what they are doing ,the crew on their ships would have been well trained .or get people that can train them .
We got big brother looking after as .that makes WPL small frys .
FAR are on the ball ,we just need to play their game and have trust .
