not looking good. If they try to pass through without any announcement whatsoever on the status of negotiations (continuing or otherwise) - that would be disgraceful in my view - particularly after announcing clear dates of exclusivity and noting advanced negotiations on an agreement in the cap raising docs.
If they sail through with no announcement - my red hole is going to get a whole lot deeper.
