Now we know where the million came from. When it happened there was a spike in the buy queue to meet the sell so it must have been negotiated. It didn't hurt the SP at all, so it seems the substantial holder needed to sell, and a willing buyer came to the party.
Director bought $65K worth very recently and price is creeping up. Draw your own conclusions
