Killa, I disagree in regard to owing the buildings and more importantly the land they sit on. When nxt floated ajd it was a simple case of raising as much capital as they could to continue the fit out. If they were flush with cash at that point in time there is no way they would have offloaded these properties. Now nxt has funding in the vicinity of half a billion it makes sense to own these buildings. Have to remember that as these properties appreciate in value, nxt are able to borrow more capital against them.
