There will never be any 'certainty' then, just constantly changing govt winner-tipping.
I would prefer certainty over your ever moving goalposts. Each to their own. Some prefer a constantly changing landscape, there is certainly more profit in that for the producers at the expense of taxpayers and consumers.
Certainty has few backers when it comes down to it.
