Resolution 3 = Placement up to 30 m shares
Provided they can show use of funds and need of use when they run the placement that's fine. I'd prefer the share price closer to 10 by then but well. I doubt that
Resolution 5, the +10% to the 15% cap that's standard we'd expect that
Resolution 6 is just a standard 3 yr Rollover of the takeover provision
