Don't you think this is a stitch up to existing SH's. I mean, why raise at 20% VWAP. Basically its a scam for Carnegie and mates to get shares super cheap, just before the stock aims for CS.
I'd imagine the meeting prior went something like this ...... Damn i've held this dog for 10 years and this is my last change to get my average down prior to CS. So lets stick it to the small SH's and just offer 130m shares to me and my mate at 7c or 20% below ..... scum bags.
When the NEW top 20 is released we will get a glimpse as to who profited here ..... or if they are smarter they will hide behind a trustee to hold them on their behalf. Corporate pieces of dogs turds who once again robe the little guy
