Loved it and the last page shows the commanding position SOLG has over Cornerstone.
Once the feasibility is done SOLG can buy back the royalty for $4m . (In the bag IMO )
If Cornerstone can't fund atleast 10% of development they default to .5% NSR that can be purchased by SOLG for $3.5m
How much will the development be ? Im guessing $2 billion ?
