Capability of CFO is not critical requirement, ethics and character is. (I assume that she has to have basic accounting and reporting ability although announcement does not state that she has university degree or high school diploma.)
Lack of experience at CFO level does not concern me. I don't know anything about Belinda's ethics and character background hence this change means little to me.
I presume given that she does not have experience at CFO level her salary should be low, which I would find slightly encouraging.
