The website was set up (domain registered etc.) 13 months ago.
Painchek was approved as a registered Trade mark in Feb 2017.
It has hardly been a secret they've been waiting to "reveal" to everyone. Do you know how long the website has been 'live' in its current format? If you are so concerned about the perceived professionalism of the company, contact them and discuss. Who knows, their might be a logical reason??
Honestly, I've heard of 'rose coloured glasses' where everything looks great, but you seem to have brown glasses and everything just looks like a pile of dung..
