Was that the thing at Concurry?
Teck exited Mexico some time ago but re-entering again to run its recently acquired Cu-Zn St Nicolas project in Zacatecas. Its not super-close to Alacran (~1,500km) but perhaps feasible to operate both projects using a shared workforce.
St Nicolas is scheduled to commence operation in Q3 17. Perhaps they see that as their Alacran starting point?
