Management is not as big of a joke as it seems. They timed the IPO perfectly. Had they taken a little extra time for the IPO they would have struggled to raise $20mil to drill in this climate.
Now the question being asked is did they need $20mil at the present moment? Ill give them the benefit of the doubt before i pass judgment and see how this pans out in the longer term.
