Can't take a bit of heat because your share went down and looking for a reason or someone to blame?
how about it called market risk and system risk when you invest in the stock market
Fraud can happen, your stock can be short, you can get bad management and the list goes on and on
and if you don't factor in those risk and discount for them then don't blame the market or the people
blame yourself for not having a system in place to deal with it.
