Sp is significantly oversold. Broker price targets are $24-$28.
Anecdotal evidence is that Lightening Link is performing exceptionally well with huge demand for the upcoming Dragon Link product. FY17 NPAT v.likely to exceed consensus estimates (circa $540M) and FY18 consensus will need to be upgraded and with it broker price targets.
Trading at <20x PE for a market leading, world-class company, with spare balance sheet capacity offers strong sp upside. Potential A$ weakness and possible US corporate tax cuts provide additional upside.
