A lot of people do that. And it's not just in MUS.
Housing is another one. Borrowing right up to the limit. They don't think about what would happen if interest rates start to rise. I remember home loan rates at over 15% in the eighties.
Imagine if they went to say 8% now, how many people could actually afford their mortgages?
