May be announcements are not far away. I will be looking at the price movements as a precursor.
These two paragraphs from the recent chairman's address should provide a clue as to what Gesaf and the company are looking for,
'The agreement with Gesaf under which that company will
provide $4m by way of a convertible note facility which the
Directors will be asking you to approve at this meeting will
provide the Company with the funding to complete the
restructure of the existing activities, the further development
and expansion of these activities and where appropriate
strategic acquisitions.
5. We intend to continue with the existing core businesses ie
Network Services and Beam Communications. We will grow
these businesses by applying some bolt- on opportunities like

carriage services. As well, we will look at other strategic
acquisitions to increase the scale of our core business.'
Don't forget the options that Gesaf holds and will wish to exercise.
