Ansearch Limited (ASX:ANH) advises that it has received a notice to convene a General
Meeting under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 from Whodeani Pty Ltd, a
substantial shareholder controlled by Mr. Dean Jones. The notice requires motions to be put
to the meeting to remove Messrs Ridge and Grigg from the board of directors and to appoint
Mr. Dean Jones who recently resigned from the board on 2 August 2007. The board
proposes to resolve that such a meeting be convened at a time to be determined in
approximately two months. A Notice of Meeting will be sent to all shareholders once the time
and venue have been determined.
