It doesn't matter unless the raise is massively dilutive at a steep discount that kills the share price, i.e well below 3c. It wouldn't be below the 3c mark and the benefits of the raise mean the share price is a multi bagger now. This means any 5-10% discount + tiny dilution doesn't matter given the return profile is 100%+.
