I just went back and re-read the ann. Ya gotta admit it looks pretty good. I like the attention to detail-
"The top of the coal seams were cleaned using a flat-edged bucket on an excavator, and subsequently swept clean using brooms and shovels. The barges were washed and scrubbed clean as well."
These guys want top dollar for this stuff to be hand sweeping it!
